The Atomic Kitten star, 40, who is currently expecting her fifth child, joked she had discovered it 'a long time ago' as she attended the chaotic women's weekend, that was organised by Lauren Simon. 

During Monday's episode of the ITVBe show, the singer opened up about her sex life as they were joined by relationship guru Louise Van Der Velde.

The cast were all excited to be on the retreat after the expert previously advised Lauren on how to find her dream man after her divorce five years ago.
